At times working life  can be stressful, resulting in  a negative impact on employee wellbeing; leading to burn-out or absenteeism. Promoting good mental well-being has never been more important. FOR EMPLOYEES
I offer a series of well-being workshops to help employees who are experiencing mental ill health. These workshops range from managing stress and anxiety to building and maintaining resilience. The workshops are a combination of education, practical strategies and toolkits to help make a positive difference; providing the resources to help employees to help themselves

FOR MANAGERS
I offer seminars to help managers recognise the early warning signs of common mental health conditions and facilitate conversations about stress and mental health problems with employees.
